Organizer of the Conference, as well as administrator of the Website is the
company under the name “ATHENS CALLS ATHENS PC” (hereinafter referred to as

The website presents information on the schedule of the Conference, the speakers and the venue. After the end of the Conference, it shall present the speeches and photographic material from the activities.
The website offers the following services:
- Online submission of summaries for presentation at the Conference
- Online purchase of subscription in order to participate in the Conference
- Online subscription to the electronic newsletter of the Conference

All content of the website of the Conference which – indicatively – includes texts, graphics, images, photographs, designs, video, sounds, etc. (hereinafter content) constitute copyright of the Operator and it is protected by the applicable national, Community and international law. The Operator reserves all copyright concerning the content and the copies created based thereon. The content of the Conference is available to visitors / users for personal use. The content is subject to changes without relevant notice, at the discretion of the Operator. Following the acceptance of terms of use, the non-commercial use and its partial reproduction is allowed, under the condition that the reproduced product is consequently freely available through the Internet or other appropriate medium and accompanied by clear and distinct reference to the its source of origin. Any other use requires the written authorization of the owner or holder of the copyright.
The texts of the speakers express in any case personal opinions and are, according to the law, “intellectual property” protected by the legislative provisions on intellectual property and specifically L. 2121/1993 and the relevant rules of conduct of the internet.
The other texts mentioned in the electronic pages of the website of the Conference and bear the trade marks of the relevant organizations, companies, associated operators, associations or publications constitute their own intellectual and industrial property, and therefore, these operator bear the relevant liability. The visitor / user of the website undertakes liability for any damage caused to itself by inappropriate or illegal use of the relevant services. Under any circumstances, including the case of negligence, the Conference shall not be liable for any kind of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, selections of website, which are made at its own initiative and knowing the terms hereof.
The Operator does not guarantee in any case the correctness, fullness or/and availability of the content, pages, services, selections or their results.
The Operator reserves its right to make at any time, any change, amendment, addition or removal to the information and technical material of the website and to apply techniques or methods to facilitate the public.

Online Submission of Summaries
The submission of summaries is made only electronically. Summaries sent
by e-mail or fax, are not taken into account. The methods of presentation are
two: A. Posted Announcement and B. Free Announcement. The Scientific Committee
shall decide on the final method of presentation of the essay, following
evaluation. The results shall be sent by e-mail. Necessary condition for the
approval of the essay is the subscription to the Conference.
The copyright of summaries belong to the authors who submit the summary and remain owners of the copyright and of the relevant liability also after submission.
Online Purchase of Subscriptions to the Conference
The subscription to the Website of the Conference includes the following:
- Personal name label
- Entrance to scientific sessions and participation in the opening ceremony
- Entrance to the exhibition chamber
- Conference material
- Certificate of attendance
- Breaks for coffee and lunch light meal throughout the Conference
Methods of subscription
The pre-subscriptions and subscriptions are made through the website. The subscription shall be considered valid only with the payment of the subscription fee.
In order to take advantage of the reduced cost of subscription, the payment of the fee for the participation right must be made no later than the date of expiry of the 1st period of pre-subscriptions, that is, until 29/02/2020.

Policy of cancellation and reimbursement of money
In case the participant cancels its participation in the Conference after February 29, 2020, the return of money is not possible.

POLICY OF NON-PROVISION OF SERVICES
ACA shall be obliged to return the cost of participation to the Participant in case of cancellation of the Conference.
Newsletter
When visiting the website of the Conference, if you wish, to subscribe to our newsletter, filling your name and email address in the relevant application. The subscription and deletion from the newsletter is made through an authenticity control procedure of the electronic address of the subscriber (opt-in, opt-out). Each receiver of the newsletter, may be deleted at any time, by clicking the indication “Unsubscribe” which may be found at the bottom of our newsletter. It is emphasized that the ability of deletion is provided in each newsletter sent by the Conference.
The emails of the users of the Newsletter service are used exclusively for the sending of a requested service and consequently for the purpose of promotion of information related to the content of the Website. When a subscriber chooses its deletion for the mailing lists, then its email is permanently deleted.
The newsletters received by the public upon its registration with mailing lists are copyright of the Conference and therefore are protected by the relevant provisions of the Greek legislation and international conventions. From 25.5.2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as GDPR applies, by which the personal data protection is enforced in the whole European Union. Organizer of the conference and administrator of the relevant Website is the company “ATHENS CALLS ATHENS PC” (“Operator”), which is located at Glyfada, 47 Gounari str., 47, fully complies with the national and European legislation regarding the collection, processing and storage of personal and sensitive data.

g) posting and/or publication of the pdf of your presentation.
– In the case of Participants and Speakers
a) use of your full name and email address for sending notification for
the Conference and related issues until the completion of the next Conference
or at the latest until 9/5/2021
b) investigation of violation of law, rule or regulation, of the terms and
policies of our website, as well as the protection of the rights, ownership and
security of ours, of the users or third parties.
c) the compliance of the Operator with its legal obligation (e.g. disclosure
imposed by law, regulation or judgment).
