The Evolution of Leadership: Metaverse Era

Man and his ability to navigate through the ever-evolving cosmos is under a metamorphosis from the physical, to the virtual, to the metaverse. The evolution of exchanges, cooperation or even human existence is constantly modified.

Leadership as a process of human interconnectivity and socialization is more and more filtered through a digital interface. It is argued that this is the beginning of a new socio era constructed by constantly web-connected individuals and collectivities. What are the changing phases of human existence and conscience?

Will virtual avatars represent and manage projects and products or offer insights and innovation in the digital spaces?  Is metaverse an autonomous surreal world?

By virtue of the challenges arising, it is suggested that prevailing conceptions of Man and his creations are explored and re-defined, in terms of developing mutual and optimum symbiosis of physical and virtual worlds.
