Christina Maistreli is an architect currently practicing architecture in large scale architectural projects and at the same time has a continuous interest in the anthropologic and psychoanalytic aspect of space and particularly urban space. After receiving her degree in Architecture from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, she attended the cross-sectional master of science in “Design-space-culture” of the National Technical University of Athens.
She is currently conducting a PhD focused on the way people from different cultural backgrounds perceive the spatial symbols that constitute the Athenian cultural urban landscape.
