Professor R. Guy Riefler holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  University of Connecticut, M.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  University of Connecticut and B.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  Cornell University,  Ithaca, New York. He is currently Professor and Department Chair,  Ohio University.
