Prof. Sofia Kallou
Sofia Kallou holds a PhD from the University of West Attica. She also holds an MSc in International Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of West Attica and a Bachelor’s degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her research interests include human resource development, organizational behavior, adult education, emotional intelligence, and digital learning technologies. She has published in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, with a particular focus on emotional intelligence, adult learning, and technology-enhanced learning.
She has also contributed to teaching and training activities in higher education and lifelong learning programs.
