Dr. Evangelia Maritsa has more than 21 years work experience throughout the Military and Public Sector. Today, she is the Secretary General, PR and Etiquette and the Secretary of the BoD at the Athens Naval Hospital.
She is Main Teaching Staff at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA). She is also an Instructor of Defense and Security Staff at the Ministry of Citizen Protection and at the Annual Educational Program of the Athens Naval Hospital.
She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of West Attica (Greece) in Advanced Leadership Models (+in Military Contexts). Her scientific and business interests are mainly focused on the optimal exploitation of advanced Leadership Models in HR leadership, strategic management, complexity and emergency contexts, monitoring global trends, business & health crises, disaster reduction and management pathways, managing organizational ambidexterity and enhancing interoperability, corporate & organizational policies. She has published scientific articles in Greek and international peer-reviewed journals, as well as in conference proceedings.
