CharalambosTsekeris (PhD) is Research Fellow (Assistant Professor rank) on Digital Sociology at the National Centre for Social Research (Athens, Greece), and Professor Extraordinary at the School of Public Leadership, Stellenbosch University. He is also Research Associate at the Research Centre for Greek Society of the Academy of Athens, and at the Anti-Corruption Centre for Education and Research (ACCERUS), Stellenbosch University. He has coordinated several academic research projects and authored more than 100 scholarly papers, three books from Routledge and one book from the Academy of Athens. His current research involves relational and network approaches to the study of social behaviour and new technologies, social media and political culture, digital communication and democracy, within Globalisation 4.0 and nonlinear human complex systems. He is the Coordinator of the Greek Team of World Internet Project (WIP).
